Workshop on Cancer Genomics and Neoepitope Identification

DTU Vet and DTU Bioinformatics are organizing a workshop on cancer genomics and
neoepitope identification June 20th.

Personalized immunotherapy holds great promise for the development of novel cancer therapeutics. However, neoantigen/neoepitope discovery and validation remains a daunting problem. Bringing together local experts, we will illustrate the challenges involved in defining personalized immunotherapies, and outline different views of how to move the field forward.
